I Lava You - Disney/Pixar Short Movie
This is a listening activity, but also has the challenge of categorizing words in groups.
I used the song from the lovely short movie Lava which is presented before the animation Inside Out by Disney/ Pixar.
I´m posting the simpler version of it, but if you have students in higher levels I suggest you to change the instructions for the exercise 1 using the text below:
"Choose words and expressions from the table and organize them in groups in the boxes given below. Find your own selecting criteria and use the lines given to justify why those words belong together in your opinion."
I hope you and your pupils enjoy it as much as mine did.
