Make your own Word Search!
This works well for any age/level. Put Ss into pairs and give one worksheet for each pair. You should make a grid on the board to model making a word search in order to explain the process. I stress that the Ss students should use all capital letters, write CLEARLY, etc. Monitor that they´re doing this....if not make them start over.
When two pairs have finished, they switch workseets and try to solve each other´s word search! You can then have them make questions with the vocabulary words on the back of the paper and ask another team the questions when they´re finished.
