Reported speech and famous songs
A worksheet to practice reported speech. Divide students into pairs. They have to look at their worksheet and choose between direct or indirect speech and read to his / her partner. Partner has to guess who sang the song and turn the sentence into direct (if his / her partner uttered the sentence in reported speech) or indirect speech. Then they switch roles. The first paper is for student #1 and the second - for student #2. It´s rather a funny activity, students like it.
