There is/there are sea battle
Fantastic game! I adore it!
The rules are very easy; there are also different ways of playing!
If you have a big group of students, divide them into groups of two or three so that you’d have even number of groups. Then print out the worksheet for each group. They should follow the rules in drawing their ships.
The first way: when your students can make just positive sentences – One group make a sentence, for example: There is a rug in the hall. If there’s a ship in this square in the opponents’ worksheet, they say HIT and SUNK, if there’s a part of a ship, they say HIT, if there aren’t any ships, they say MISS.
The second way: If your students know how to make questions. One group makes it: Is there a rug in the hall? The other group answers: Yes, there is and add HIT or HIT and SUNK / No, there isn’t
