"5 second rule" Board Game
This is a version of a popular board game called "5 second rule" I made for my students when we had "Food" topic.
There are cards with basic tasks, all of them starting with "Name..." (e.g. name three vegetables you can put in a salad, name three things you can grill) and a board. Sorry for the board, it may seem a bit ugly as I made it in paint just an hour before the lesson.
The rules are pretty simple - at the beginning of the move the player takes a card and has to answer it within 5 seconds. If he fails, he stays at the same spot on the board, if he suceeds, he moves one step further.
There are two īdangerī zones on the board - if, when being on that spot, you fail to answer the question, you miss the next move. If you succeed, you move on.
This is it.
Have fun!
