What were you thinking?
A great ice-breaker game or an end of term activity. Put your students into pairs/groups and give them the first list. Go through the questions so that they understand them. Put all the letters in a cup and extract one letter. The students then have an allocated time (you choose..i give them 3 mins) to think of as many words that begin with that letter. Points are awarded like so: 1 point if they wrote a word that someone else wrote. 2 points if they wrote a word that nobody has. The pair/group with the most points at the end of the lessons wins!
