Listening and reading comprehension with gapfill - Intermediate and Advanced - 6 activities
(1) Students listen to the short story which includes blanks. (2) Students read silently and listen. (3) Students read with the teacher. (4) Students read and listen and give the best word from the list when they reach a blank space. TeacherLs page included for each activity. I would suggest these for 30-45 minute short activities. Includes all previous [Intermediate comprehension with gap-fill] activities. A4 editable black and white text only. (Activity 1: lower intermediate) (Activity 2: intermediate) (Activities 3 to 5: upper intermediate) (Activity 6: higher intermediate or lower advanced) Activity 5 also has some explanation notes. Generally as the activity number gets higher, so does the difficulty level. These are all made for ESLPrintables.com - they are far too difficult for my usual students.
