Letīs exercise
I usually teach 90 minutes lessons and I find it sometimes hard for the students to focus all this time. So I created this "break", when students can stretch out, learn some vocabulary (parts of the body) and practise following the instructions. I suggest that you pre-teach some vocab about body, such as shoulders, heels, hips, toes, bend forward, twist your body, stretch up etc. first. Enjoy.
