This is an exercise perfect for English teachers in foreign countries, specially a country in Asia. In general, it is an activity for listening, but it could be used to create a great cultural and historical discussion afterwards. Teachers should be careful if they are in Thailand though, as this song is in a movie(The King and I) that is banned in Thailand due to its historical content. perhaps the teacher should set some background information straight before introducing this activity.
