This is a special activity where people are caught reading things without paying attention. I wrote the first message on the board and we discussed the possible ideas they thought at first, and the real message, which is a valentineīs joke. If you donīt have time to do it in class, number the messages and divide the class in groups, each group will have 4 messages for the weekend and they will hand in a paper with the group ideas. Good writing activity, easy to correct and possible to grade the groups.
