This is a fill-in the blank exercise to practise the Simple Past with a short biography and also the song "Streets of Philadelphia". Students read the biography, fill-in the blanks, listen to the song afterwards. I used this worksheet with a group of students who don“t really like learning the language but they like Bruce Springsteen... It was a success, though...Hope it can be useful for you too!
