There is/ There are/ buildings and places
This worksheet is about typical mistakes when students learn there is... there are.Example: There is car *... or there are a cars*... Both sentences are grammatically wrong. I have often found that many young students find it confusing when to use "a" or "nothing", or when it is a plural noun that follows, they forget the "s", as in... there are mountain*. Probably this could help. Besides they can practise the question form. They can play all together and see who got more points. Students always love to compete with each other!!!
