Engage your students in an easy while listening task as they listen to a song which has become an international hit and source of many an excellent cover versions. Encourage students to predict from context possible rhymes etc. which of the BOLD-ened pairs of words they are likely to hear. Wk/sht has a simple while listening task. Students confirm if their predictions/ guesses were indeed correct. Hope you / they enjoy the song. Check out the video on Vevo / YouTube though the official video is not suitable for students under age of sixteen I would say. Opt to listen to Cover versions too, some are quite excellent.
