This is a great speaking activity most students love and which gives them a great opportunity to practise their speaking skills. The students go together in pairs and draw Cards (in turns). The Student who drew a Card then has to explain the word on top but he is not allowed to use any of the words listed below. The other Student then has to guess what it is.
