This is a set of charts made up to make students interview each other in a controlled speaking activity. You will find two pages containing different levels of difficulty. Each student must have one empty chart to be completed and one information chart to answer his partner questions. Students must understand that they have to answer questions according to the chart (A or B) they have been asigned, not according to their real life. Feel free to adapt it to your needs.
