The story of Spring Heeled Jack penned by myself as there was just too much written about him. Itīs done in the style of the Reading and Use of English part 2 section of the FCE exam. This is then followed by a fun role-play/debate where the students assume the roles of a board of directors for a highbrow Victorian newspaper. They need to make the decision as to whether to publish a story about Spring Heeled Jack or not. There are personality cards to help them make their decisions. Obviously, one of them has to be Spring Heeled Jack.
