Plurals
I´ve prepared this as a copy for a picture dictionary and as a follow up activity on the unit about toys and plural nouns.
First, make sure the students know the names of the pictures on the left column. Then, cut out the singular nouns at the bottom of the copy and paste them next to the correct picture. (ALWAYS ON THE LEFT COLUMN WHICH IS THE ONE WITH THE SINGULAR NOUNS.)
Having done that, I personally practised these words aloud first, and then, I explained the rules for plural regular nouns endings again.
-s endings written on the board at random.They copied!
-es ending written on the borad at random.They copied!
And finally, -ies endings...
