Evelyne short story activity sheet worksheet

I have designed this worksheet for my advanced teenage students to get them interested in English literature and James Joyce who is usually considered so difficult to understand. They can easily relate to the plot of this short story entitled Eveline and published in the Dubliners. The story is about the important choices we have to make in life, insecurity and hesitation. There are both reading and speaking activities, as well as activities that dwell on the understanding of the plot, characters and the stream of consciousness technique.
