A nice way to introduce vocabulary and activate language structures focusing on the lexical field "town/city". The children can both play with these cards and match the pictures and the words, play memory chain or guessing games. To activate language, in which the place prepositions are used, the children can display the cards on the desk and build their own town map in order to interact with their fellow schoolmates and ask "Where is the zoo?"/"The zoo is between the train station and the museum/behind the park/opposite the hotel/next to the hospital/etc."
