Trooping the Colour
A photo activity to be used after having shown an extract or a slideshow on the Trooping of the Colour 2018. WE can see Meghan and Harry, Kate and CHarlotte and George along with their cousin watching the Red Arrows. Introduce : What are they watching? Why are they laughing? Smiling? The ss have to then number the photos in order and find th caption for each photo. As an added challenge (but also to facilitate expliciting the two elements of the present continuous) I mixed up the captions splitting up the auxiliary BE from the verb with ING. Hope you enjoy!
