Its very simple. Make pairs and select one writer and one runner. Then place a passage in each corner of the room (according to number of pairs). When you give the start signal, the runners must all run to their designated passages and read the passage (quietly), but only as much as they can remember. Then they must run back to their writers and recite what they remember from the passage. The runners keep running back and forth between the passages and the writer, until the writer has completely written the whole passage on a separate piece of paper or notebook. This is a great activity to practice reading, speaking, listening & writing at the same time.
