A short reading giving the history of the Empire State Building done in the style of and FCE Reading and Use of English part 1 paper. Answers included, of course. After that, there is a small role play for pair work. Itīs a fun idea for engineers but itīs good enough for non-professionals. Itīs about coming up with ways to repel attacks by giant gorillas after the said animal has become a protected species. Have done it with a group of code writers and they really enjoyed it.
