| | Idioms about Behaviour and Etiquette
Another worksheet on idioms, this time about behaviour and etiquette. Answers are on the back. There is a short quiz on the origins of the expressions and despite what the BBC says, the origin of the expression "mind your Ps and Qs" comes from a poem, not from the pubs of the 19th century. You will have to take my word on that one. The quiz can be done in teams or pairs. Oh, I have put the age at 16 because I use the word "crap" in it. Not the most offensive word in the world but some people might be prone to apoplexy when confronted with the word.
