This is a blank journal for students to fill in everyday before going to bed. It has three sections being perhaps the most important the last one. You will notice that the document contains 16 pages in which the only thing that changes is the date (it is a journal, of course). This exercise has been created hoping to help students cope with the current Health Emergency situation most countries in the world are currently experiencing as most psicologists state that writing about your thoughts on a regular basis helps cope better with difficult situations.
Note- you can edit the dates on each page as the virus is reaching countries at different times. Letīs all stay strong. All this will be over before we know it.
