Verb Be description, instructions, rules and ideas The full set, which I first published in Japan in 2013, includes 72 different game cards representing ‘is’, ‘are’ and ‘am’, separated into 3 sets of affirmative cards, 3 sets of negative cards and 3 sets of interrogative cards. Each card has a picture and a printed form of the verb, which students use to form positive and negative statements or questions which must include the target to be verb. The set also includes suggestions for a number of activities for individuals, pair work and group work involving all 4 skills, grammar and Switchit cards (the grammar cards) for playing "Verb Be Switchit" as well as optional backs.
