Students broaden vocabulary, expand research skills, collect information on a subject and use the information to write a biographical text on him or her. Work on an explicit language base to write an extended text using the scaffold. They should be encouraged to use visuals to illustrate their story and to present it to the class as a PP presentation or a poster depending on their level of expertise.
