Cute owls book report booklet
This document should be printed on one double-sided A4 paper, then folded in half to create a small book report booklet. Just the cover is in color to with the rest of the book black and white to save on ink. Of course you can print it all in black and white if you prefer.
I made this to use for independent reading in the classroom for early finishers. They can choose an English book and then complete the report about the book. Each child has a folder to keep the book they are reading and their book report booklet. The report form has a place on the back to record new vocabulary words from the story and write the translation in their native language.
*Please note: I have read that someone was accused of copying a worksheet due to the fact that they created the worksheet in another program and copied it as an image to Word. Please be aware that I am a Mac user and create my worksheets in Pages. Exporting from Pages to Word creates many formatting problems, so to avoid these I take a screenshot of my Pages worksheet and use it as an image in a Word document. Thanks!
