The Legend of the Lotus The Legend of the Lotus

This is a reading which I use to introduce the Egyptian Gods. It is about the birth of Ra, or Amon Ra and how he created the world. The kids then draw their interpretation of the story. I give them time to read it to themselves and then I read it. We discuss it and then they draw a picture and write some sentences about what they have remembered from the story
