DRACULA: TABOO CARDS
Based on the well known TABOO game, I made these cards about "Dracula" to practise vocabulary and speaking about the story.
Divide the class in 2 teams and make them sit facing each other. Put in between them a table with a bell on it. In turns, a member from each group picks up a card which he/she has to explain to the rest of the class without saying the words that are forbidden on it. All sts should try to guess the word and when someone does, he/she has to ring the bell on the table and say it. If it´s correct his/her group gets a point. If not they continue guessing until they say the right word. The winner is the group with more points.
It´s great fun and teens love it!
The level is from elementary onwards.
