Hobbit Lady reading activity
This could be relevant as the new Hobbit film is out now!
I adapted this from an article on the Daily Mail UK website last year, site address at the top of the worksheet.I have used it with my FCE classes. There is the whole article which I have divided into 3 parts and exercises - use of English, vocabulary and comprehension check.Iīve included the key for the UoE and the vocabulary but not the comp check as some questions ask for your opinion, but all answers can be found in the article itself. Hope it is useful, it gets some good reactions from students!!Show the article from the site if you can as it has photos.If you canīt use the link, google the worksheet title and you can find it as itīs the article title.
