I am working on a lesson plan for the poem "Italian food" by Shel Silverstein. I usually start with the worksheets. I have already uploaded the first worksheet that helps pupils rhyme different words. This worksheet is actually a guide for the pupils to write a poem with words that rhymes just like the Italian food poem we read. Since it is the first time my pupils do it, I wrote the songs and left some space where they choose the word that rhyme from the pictures. Any more ideas for the lesson, are welcome!!!
