Black Panther Reading Comprehension Skimming Black Panther Reading Comprehension Skimming

This is a great way to turn an excellent movie into a full lesson. This lesson could be adapted just to the film scene. Fold the paper so the students canīt see the questions, only the prompt to skim the chapters using the various skimming techniques. Give the students 10 minutes (depending level - shorter time the more advanced the class) to read the 3 chapters. Then have the students close their books and open the paper and from memory try to answer the 10 questions related to general meaning and understanding from the chapters. It is used with Black Panther a Junior Novel which can be downloaded as a kindle file or purchased for 6.99 on Amazon. I have another printable for the same book with the beginning chapters.
