If clause I board game
A board game that is quite fun and simple. You split the students into 2 groups. The board game contains the actions, and the cards the condition. Each team has a set starting point, but can finish the game at any of the 2 boxes labeled finish.
A team player draws a card with the condition and finds the matching action on the board and marks it (they also have to put the verbs in the correct tense). They can mark it with an X or I have some pawns (bees and spiders) that can be put on the board.
The team that forms a line of bees/spiders/X´s from their starting point to a finishing point, wins. My students had a great laugh with this game, but I suggest you read it carefully because they might need you help to find the other half of the sentence.
Also, thanks to Zailda for the board game. I modified it, but the template is all her.
Have fun and I´ll upload the cards and pawns in a second.
