Are you convincing ? Create a leaflet.
Here is a document thought for work in small groups then for a whole class. The task has to be done step by step. I have created a touristic leaflet (very simple) - as an example - for one of my students. Then I selected a list of the 10 TOP LONDON MUSEUMS among the several and intersting (and different) ones from internet. The chosen city is London and I have added 2 links (the exhaustive list of the whole London Mueseums and the many many things that are possible to do in this famous city). The articles are short and easily readable. The 2 exercises deal with oral arguments and the creation of new leaflets. This type of exercise is to improve the oral fluidity, the reading of documents in order to note down the most interesting and useful information to deal with the asked exercise as well as to develop the sense of decision, synthesis and autonomy. So be persuasive !
