Speaking worksheets > Conversation > Famous For What?

Famous For What?
This is a good activity to encourage pair/groupwork and whole class conversation/discussion. First the students must identify who the famous people are in the collage of pictures and then match the people to the correct reasons for their fame. This could be used as a lead-in to a lesson on fame. You could also ask students to choose one of the personalities to then research further on the internet and eventually present their findings to the rest of the class.
