Let´s Practice Telephone Talk - Building Student Confidence on the Phone
This worksheet was developed at the request of my students for practice in talking on the phone (answering questions, leaving messages, deciding what to say etc). The feedback that I received was that this and other exercises (such as role plays) completed in class have increased their confidence in speaking on the phone. The package consists of instructions, a ten question exercise (10 different telephone situations)and an answer key. Each situation can be discussed in length.
