Role Play Activity to convey the meanings of the 6 words “Infant- Toddler- Child- Adolescent- Adult-Elderly”
Procedure: Students are given a role activity and they try to find a solution for a problem they face.
Steps:
a. Teacher tells to the students they will work in group of four and organizes the groups.
b. Teacher says that in each group will consist of one grandpa, one mother and one child and adolescent and they are living in a house. As mother wants to adopt an infant, they need to find a room for 3 years old toddler.
c. She gives the role cards and the plan of house to the students and gives them 5 minutes to find a solution.
d. Teacher chooses one of the pair to act out.
