This is a role play game to practise complaints on holiday. One partner is the receptionist, the other the guest. There are four different role play cards (2 for the guest, 2 for the receptionist) which can be interchanged (irrespective of the colour). Some useful words are included in 2 more cards. Suitable for A2 or B1 level.
