I have found some difficulty sending files and so the other materials with this are not yet up. It is basically set of different roleplays based on complaints and problems at a hotel. The students should first learn about polite modals for requests such as ´Could you.. Would it be possible to..? Would you mind..?´ etc. in asking for assistance from Front Desk or Room Service at hotels. Then distribute the roleplays to each student who acts out their part.
