Shopping Role-Play
Role playing activity to practice shopping and ´around town´ vocabulary. Each scenario has a Role A and Role B with notes on what to say / ask etc.
Example:
Role A:::You go to a toy store
Greet the shop assistant as you enter.
You want to buy a toy for your cousin.
He likes trains and cars.
You want to spend $10.00, but if something is very nice you can spend $12.00
Role B::: You are a shop assistant in a toy store
Greet the customer.
You have many cars and trains, but since it is summer you also have balls and water guns.
Most of the cars and trains cost (more or less) $10.00 but there is one very beautiful train with gold paint that costs $11.50.
