Shopping - clothes - dialogue + role play situations
This handout consists of two parts: 1) model dialogue - to present the target language and provide controlled oral practice 2) three role play situations (to be practiced in pairs) - to provide freer practice of the target language Cut along the bold lines. Give each pair of your Ss the model dialogue to practise in pairs (after the first round they should swap the roles). Present/elicit useful expressions. Give each pair a role play situation to practice, but this time your Ss will have to improvise a bit more, which is a good and challenging practice of the new language/structures.
