Word Webs
This worksheet is designed to help students learn and memorise new words, as well as increasing vocabulary usage and creating longer sentences.
It teaches students to put words into catagories, such as; clothes, colours etc.
Then using their new words in a sentence.
Another method it uses is getting students to sort words alphabetically and then creating sentences using words beginning with the same letter.
These are simple, yet affective ways of learning new vocabulary...
Suitable for most ages, but will work best with older students or more advanced students...
I often use this for students 15-18 year old...but have tried with younger and older students too.
