THE HORROR WEEK PROJECT
This HWP is quite appropriate for these days of late October. It needs at least 5 school periods and some of the investigation work on the net should be done at home. I provide detailed explanations of how to carry it out on the last page of this contribution. Nevertheless, in short, the steps to be followed are these:
1) Presenting a list of evil characters to the sts. and organising the choice. 2) Designing/making a poster about one of them (instructions given/internet/photos/drawings/decoration...) 3) Displaying the posters somewhere at school (hall, corridor, classroom). 4) Team quiz: Finding the answer to a set of varied questions based on the posters they all have created. 5) Winners/prizes.
