"The Fault in Our Stars"- Write a Book Review
In this activity, students will read a book review from the famous book "The Fault in Our Stars"by John Green. They will be lead to a series of exercises to identify what are the elements of a book review and how the structure of a book review works. Exercise 1 they will write in a chat if they have identified the book title, author and genre. There is a space for their own comments. Exercise 2, they will have to talk about the characters, theme, style, key idea and quotes in the book review. In the exercise 3, is shown how a book review is structure and if the book review presented is written like that. The next page is full of hints for them to write their own book review!
