This is the speaking test form that I use in class. I have modified it over the years to include all the mistakes that my students may make. I found it easier to use this form than to refer back to the rubric through out the test. This lets me just check the box as the student makes the mistake and tabulate the mark at the end of the test. Thank you for any suggestions you may have to make this a better sheet for everyone!
