Welcome to
ESL Printables,
the website where English Language teachers exchange resources:
worksheets, lesson plans, activities, etc.
Our collection is growing every day with the help of many teachers. If
you want to download you have to send your own contributions.
Students first circle if they want or donīt want to do the action. Then they make the sentence in the bubbles.
Game instructions:
After completing the worksheet I had the class stand together in the centre of the class with their papers in hand. I wrote on the left side of the board; "I want to ___________", and on the right side; "I donīt want to __________". When I shouted an action words students had to run to the appropriate side of the room according to their worksheet. Then I shouted 1...2...3....and students had to shout back the sentence according to the side of the room they are on....loudest side wins that round. Then shout another word and they have to run to the right side.....students love to shout and run and enjoy being on the side with the most students. I never kept score cause nobody really wins in the end.
Worksheet is a variation of another worksheet I made:
