´THE 5TH WORD´; VOCABULARY GAME; WORD ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY; FUN CLASSROOM COMPETITION; fully editable speaking and listening activity; good for adults, too!! :)
My ss tend to keep quiet, but I´ve found quite a few ways to make them speak! ;)) This funny classroom competition called "The 5th Word" is much liked by ms ss!! :) Hand out the sheets and let your ss follow the instructions at the top of the page. Attention: there´s one sheet for student A and another one with different word lists for student B. Don´t let your ss show each other the word lists or their own words they have written in the second column; they´re only allowed to read out aloud their word lists, and their partner has to listen carefully in order to understand everything properly. ENJOY! :))))
