Advertisement Assessment Task
This was part of a Language Variation and Change Unit for advanced students. Several video ads (from different years) were shown on the lessons, students had to compare level of formality and other language features. After that, students were formed into groups and each group was given several print ads from different years. They had to create a poster comparing the language.
