This is part of a set of printables designed to explain small bits of London History to 16-year-old intermediate students. tthe teacher first introduces the history topic, usually helped by parts of films, in this case " Oliver Twist". The main skills required are reading and speaking, because there is a text with comprehension exercises and then a role-play exercise.
