Pretend this situation to your students: Each of you just won an airplane ticket to go to any of the places below. Choose 3 places and discuss about them with your partners. You have 2 minutes for it. Explain why or why not you would like to go to the place mentioned. Perfect activity to test pupils who are going to apply for PET or FCE test.( conversation part ) Usually done in couples. The places = Petrona Towers in Malasia - Asia, The Sugar Loaf Montain in Rio - Brazil, A Caribbean beach in the Caribbean, The Louvre Museum in Paris - France, The Golden Gate Bridge in California - USA and The Sphinx in Egypt. Have fun!
